As a 30+ year resident of Dutchess County and full time REALTOR, no one is more familiar with local inventory or better equipped to help service your real estate needs. I know the importance of honesty, integrity and patience in the real estate business. You wont hear me use manipulative language or 'sales lingo” - the properties tend to sell themselves. During the stressful time of buying or selling your most important assets, I do my best to make it a comfortable and non-threatening process while keeping your best interests in mind.

I will do this by keeping you up-to-date and well-advised of next steps and options on how to proceed. I have been a full time REALTOR for over ten years and an active member of the Dutchess County Association of Realtors (along with the State and National Realtor Associations). I’m also a member of Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing Service, am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and an Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHS). I’m also a recreational pilot and avid sportsman.
